The National Iraqi Assistance Center is no longer accepting claims. If you have a claim for damage caused by US Forces please file a claim at one of the locations in the list attached.  If you have a claim for damage caused by Iraqi Army, Iraqi Police, or terrorists, we cannot pay these claims.  The Government of Iraq has passed a law to pay such claims and you may file a claim with them.  If you have any questions you can e-mail:
